What You Can Expect as a Call Center Agent

Training & Growth

Day-to-Day Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Qualify leads and forward them to the right sales or leasing agents.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless communication.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need a real estate background — but you do need confidence, clarity, and focus.

• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional, polite, and patient on the phone.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role (required).
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
