What You Can Expect as a Telesales Agent

Training & Growth

• Full onboarding into our real estate systems, CRM, and lead generation process.
• One-on-one mentorship from senior sales managers.

• Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader role within 12 months.

Day-to-Day Support

• Access to our CRM system with daily inbound and outbound leads.
• Use of call center technology with unlimited international minutes.
• Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to convert leads into viewings.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from real estate — but you do need energy, persistence, and a great phone presence.

• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Confident, persuasive, and professional over the phone.
• Strong work ethic and resilience under pressure.
• Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and phone systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales (required).
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
