What You Can Expect as a Video Editor

Training & Growth

• Full onboarding into our brand identity, editing style, and visual standards.
• One-on-one mentorship from our senior marketing and creative team.
• Ongoing training in motion design, transitions, and social media video strategy.
• Opportunity to grow into a Senior Video Editor or Creative Lead role within 12–18 months.

Day-to-Day Support

• Edit property videos, agent profiles, and social media content.
• Collaborate with photographers, agents, and marketing staff.
• Access to professional editing tools, templates, and licensed media.
• Plan, cut, color grade, and optimize content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have worked in real estate before — but you do need creativity, attention to detail, and drive.

• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
• Strong sense of pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling.
• Able to work with multiple video formats (reels, horizontal, promotional).
• Organized, reliable, and deadline-oriented.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing or media production (required).
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
